1. DEFINITIONS

  • Data Fiduciary: The Company determining purpose and means of processing personal data.
  • Other definitions remain as previously stated.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

6. PAYMENTS, BILLING & REFUND POLICY

  • All payments must be made through approved payment gateways
  • Prices are listed in INR unless otherwise specified

6.2 Billing Terms

  • Failure may result in suspension of services
6.3 Refund Policy
  • Payments are non-refundable, except:

  • Failed service delivery due to Company fault

6.5 Cancellation
  • Subscription services (if any) may be cancelled anytime
  • No prorated refunds unless explicitly stated
7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

  • We are not responsible for their policies or actions
  • Your use is subject to their respective terms
8. TERMINATION

  • For violation of Terms or legal requirements

14. CHILDREN’S USE
